Well, my friend, if you were to be thinking that, you’d be dead fucking wrong. Because lo and behold. there’s a new comment system installed that I built just for you. Each and every one of you. It’s Alternate.org-branded (no more BlogVoices logos and blackouts), it’s built with PHP, and we control the whole damn thing. Yipty-frickin-do. So PLEASE, for the love of god, USE IT. I busted my ass today to get that damn thing working so you’re going to comment, and you’re going to damn-well like it.

Actually.. I made it so it does count the posts, now. Now I have to actually work on getting decent CONTENT for this site. Whaddayaknow.
What do you guys think? I know it’s not as good as SVN’s, because it doesn’t tell you on the homepage how many people have commented.. but hey. Maybe I’ll get it to do that, but I doubt it.

Oh and you need one more thing for sure. Use PHP’s nl2br() method to convert new lines to
‘s so we can have paragraphs in here.

Awesome… read the site daily, and now can bitch about it 😉 anyway, comments should go top to bottom from oldest to newest, so you can read them in cronological order… svn’s comment order is annoying, because in order to get the thread of the discussion, one has to go to the bottom and read up…

The comment order has been switched. What does everybody think about removing HTML? Can we trust you all? I bet not. :> I’d like to leave it in there, and I can always delete an offending comment, but what do you think?
