OlymPictograms
If you’re even remotely interested in graphic design, you should probably check out this Russian site that displays many of the icon systems for past olympic games. My favorties are Mexico Summer Games Moscow Summer Games, 1980, and of course the 1972 Munich Winter Games. Found via a comment on this post at DesignObserver about Olmpic Design Systems, via Kottke.

There’s no Mexico 80’s Olympics (actually, I live in Mexico). The ones you liked are from the Moscow games (Mockba in Cyrillic).
