So, BMG failed to buy Napster, It seems a court decided they couldn’t buy it. Anyway, it’s kinda sad to see Napster fade forever.

    sad, but expected at this point. i mean, after all, haven’t they basically been dead for a long time anyway? whether bertelsmann bought them or not, nothing would have come of it. Metallica won. like it or not.
