Anti-Anti War

Right now, 6,300 Americans are presumed dead, a fact barely acknowledged by the protesters in Boston and many others swept up in the anti-war reaction. A foreign state that treats women like slaves is harboring and sponsoring a known terrorist with global connections. The world has a strong, reasonable suspicion that a network of genuinely savage fighters is being sheltered by the mountains of Afghanistan — men who have publically and clearly stated their intentions to kill Americans and Jews, regardless of age, gender or military affiliation.

…staging street protests and petitions that seem to lend sympathy and comfort to those who destroyed the World Trade Center can only sabotage the Left’s ability to reach into the mainstream of American opinion — and create real change.

I’m with him, I think. Decide for yourself.

  1. I agree with you, I think….Do we really think that bin Laden would care if we announced to the world that we just want peace? Ok, Ok we hurt you, you hurt us let’s end the hate? I wish it was that easy. The next terrorist attack may be darker than the WTC. How close are they to gaining neaclear and biological technologies? Shall we wait to see?

  2. WOW. so killing justifies killing? An already war ravaged state with very little left anyway apart from the people, needs more bombing? come on. They needed help in the first place.

Also the Sexist Religion, whilst totally wrong… didn’t some important American dude say ages ago ‘the freedom for people to worship their god, in any way they choose’ (yes the wording all wrong but it’s to that effect). When Bob DeNiro said that on the american heroes charity drive i nearly burst into hysterics. plus, it may be inherantly sexist but America is inherantly Racist. So is Britain, before you jump to your wonderfull home lands defence.

If anyone wants to take this up email me, i dont want to bore everyone else.

  3. You are totally right. Bombing an entire nation to punish a select few is wrong and I never mentioned bombing. Yes, killing does not justify killing. The trick is going to be to punish those that deserve it and protect the religious freedom of the rest. Bombing is not an answer.
