Be, Inc Files Suit Against Microsoft for Violations of Antitrust Laws

I’d almost say this is a David/Goliath thing but we all know that Be is simply grasping at straws.Their OS wasn’t even popular when it was in its heyday – the early 90’s, before Windows ’95 and Microsoft’s subsequent taking over of the universe.

And BeBoxen were blue. Everyone knows you can’t sue someone if your computers are different colors.
