    Im such an ass — I just dont get the cool factor of zooming — hasnt this been done before? even using the higher rez version when you zoom in — ?

    i havent seen it done like they do it. the dynamic display of the hi-res image is neat. and just cuz it’s been done before doesnt mean its been done in this context.

    To echo kev, this is eminently useful — other stock photo sites offer such small image previews, it’s difficult to really know what you’re getting. This is particularly important if you’re doing hi-res print work. Kudos to Grant et. al.

    I find it hard to believe Tai doesn’t “get the cool factor of zooming.” Have you seen his Honda?!? 🙂

    Waht would my old civic have to do with zooming? — I understand its usefull — but neat, cool, etc — -yawn.

    ok, i’ll spell it out for you. you could “zoom” in your civic (i.e. go fast, zip around town). there was a certain “cool factor” to your car ’cause you upgrade components for performance/asthetics… sheesh

    i sounded like a dick…? huh. first, i even used a smilie, but i could see how that could be ignored. then, i ended my comment with ‘sheesh’, which apparently didn’t convey that fact that i was kidding. i think you can see that other comments (not directed at me necessarily) are far more harsh. but whatever.

    clarification: i thought that kev sounded like a dick.that said, everyone’s panties are in waaaaay too tight of a bunch over a flash app. alternate should be a place of love. er…right?
