Or maybe that should say “e.Digital’s Odyssey completely rips off a standard in digital entertainment set by Apple almost a year ago and will not be surprised when they get sued for copyright infringement like eMachines and FuturePower.”

    you’re an idiot. Copyright applies to written and recorded works. At least properly accuse them. It would be patent infringement. learn about the law before you open your mouth
